The mark consists of a packaging design featuring the stylized word "ABREVA" with a circular design formed from numerous circles surrounding the final "A"; this design appears at the top of the drawing and again at the bottom; in both instances, the word "ABREVA" appears in white with blue shadowing; the circle designs change in color in a clockwise motion from red to orange and then to yellow; the overall background of the packaging is blue and features another circular design formed from numerous circles shown in the color light blue extending from the top of the package to the top of the second logo design; and color is claimed as a feature of the mark; the material shown in dotted lines does not form part of the mark, but merely serves to show the placement thereof.
