A collection of computer software programs, Internet web site links, and steel industry specific data for the purpose of facilitating the daily operations of the sales and purchasing functions for business users within the steel industry to include but not limited to the steel service centers, steel mills, steel foundrys, steel processors, and steel import and export. The computer software included will provide 'Customer Relationship Management' capabilities for the salespeson to initiate and track tasks relating to specific customers and maintain relevant information about each customer. Computer software will provide 'Supply Chain Management' capabilities for the purchasing agent to evalutate, originate, and track purchases from their vendors. Internet links will be offered to specific internet sites that offer on-line transportation management capabilities. Industry specific data will be offered that will list by SIC code the American Steel Institute chemical formulation of steel products and the cross referencing of those formulations to the various international standards for the purpose of identifying similar or exact product.
