Horticulture services, namely, lawn management, namely, proper application rates and timing of fertilizers, proper irrigation techniques and rates, mowing regularity; gardening; pest and weed management in lawns and gardens, namely, timing and application rates of insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides for the effective control of grub worms and other lawn and soil insects, weeds, and fungi, respectively; lawn re-seeding and renovation, namely, rejuvenation of lawn and turf growth promoted with instruction on timing of fertilizer, irrigation, aeration; soil composition as it affects turf and plant growth, namely, recommendation of soil amendments and additives where the results of a proper soil analysis indicate certain soil mineral deficiencies; and, seasonal effects on lawn growth and turf disease, namely, methods to properly combat disease and resultant turf problems resulting from unusual drought or high precipitation during various seasons
