A stationary system for use in buildings, the system comprising a boiler, a microturbine and an absorption chiller, and a piping system for carrying the exhaust gases from the microturbine to the boiler and to the absorption chiller, to heat water in the boiler and to chill water in the absorption chiller. The system can generate electricity, hot water or steam, and chilled water for building systems and loads.
