The mark consists of a three-dimensional bottle to hold the goods coupled with a word mark, label design and embossing. The body of the bottle is octagonal with four sides of equal length alternating with four shorter sides of equal length. The shoulder of the bottle is composed of various geometrical shapes, angled and cut to have a "diamond cut" appearance, with a rhombus shape on the front and back panel of the shoulder, with both front and back panel embossed with the figure of a hummingbird in flight. The cap of the bottle is teal. The design on the front of the bottle consists of the word portion of the mark "jamaican blue mountain spring water" using lower case blue highway linocut font for all words with the word "blue" emphasized over the other words, together with a stylized rendering of rainforest ginger plants and a red hummingbird hovering over the word "blue" in the word portion of the mark. The design on the back label consists of the sky behind a mountain from which flows a waterfall into a surging river. Behind and around the waterfall is sylized foliage. The design of the back label faces the interior of the bottle. When the label designs are viewed together from the front, they form a complete scene. The bottle cap is shown in dotted lines and is not claimed as part of the mark. The cap is teal in color and teal is claimed as a feature of the mark. The hummingbird hovering over the word portion of the mark is red in color and red is claimed as a feature of the mark.
