The wording appears towards the bottom and superimposed on a design of a parrot contained inside a black outlined white oval. The colors purple, light purple, white and black appear in the parrot's head, neck and wing, the colors white, red, pink, black and brown appear in the parrot's eye and in the skin area surrounding the eye, the colors black, brown, light brown and dark brown appear in the parrot's beak and claw and the colors blue, light blue, black and white appear in the parrot's torso and tail plumage.
