The mark consists of A black oval ring with white text therein reading "SERVANT LEADERSHIP", which is set within the top half of the oval ring, and "INSTITUTE", which is set within the bottom half of the oval ring. Both sets of text are laterally centered and follow the curvature of the oval ring so that all the text is set evenly within the ring. On both the right and left, within the ring and set below its longitudinal center and above the first and last letter of the word "INSTITUTE", are three (3) equally sized upward-pointing white deltas (for a total of six [6] deltas in the mark) each featuring a concave bottom surface. Contained inside the ring and emanating and expanding from its center point to its inside boundary are thirty two (32) rays, twenty eight (28) of which consist of color and four (4) of which are white. The four white rays form a cross, with its arms located at the zero (0) degree, ninety (90) degree, one hundred and eighty (180) degree, and two hundred and seventy (270) degree points within the oval ring.
