The mark consists of the all seeing eye of Egyptian God Ra starting with an upward swoop eyebrow on top, an almond shaped eye below the eyebrow with the pupil of the eye sitting to the top port of the almond shaped eye's open area. There is a downward directed swoop starting on the right side of the lower corner of the almond shaped eye, that swoops to the left side and ends with an upward curve, almost in the shape of a letter "c". There is a downward tail shape coming off the right side (1/4 of the way in from right almond shaped corner) that stands like a tree trunk base. This tail contains the letter "i" in lower case. To the right of the tail base is the word "Shimmy" with the "S" in upper case letters and the remainder "immy" in lower case letters. Can be read as "iShimmy" or the depiction of the eye ball "eye shimmy".
