The mark consists of a black circle with two white inner circles, in which the words "PATTY'S MEXICAN" appear in the top half of the circle and the words "KITCHEN & CATERING" appear in the bottom half of the circle. All the words are in white with the word "PATTY'S" in bold. The smaller inner circle is filled with alternating horizontal gray and black lines. Two chile peppers are imposed over the entire circle and extend outside of the outermost circle on the left and right sides. The chile pepper on the left is green with black detailing and outlined in red and the chile pepper on the right is red with black detailing and outlined in green.
