The mark consists of a head image with beak of the mythological bird, the Phoenix, and a graphical arts depiction of its wings in the appearance of bars. Two wing bars are horizontal on top of the mark and are straight cut on the left side of the mark and are slanted cut toward the left on the right side of the mark. Three wing bars are slanted left vertical and are making up the remainder of the mark. There are a total of five wing bars. There is a short double line with a line in between which begins at the left underside of the top horizontal wing bar and above the second horizontal wing bar which is then ending at the center of the "s" of the word "Ash". There is a single line which ends at the end of the "y" in "Ayre" under the second horizontal wing bar. "AshAyre ProductionS" is in stylized font at the top and middle of the mark. "Visions made Real" is in stylized font at the bottom of the mark.
