The mark consists of an upper rectangle having a background in color from gray to black, gray circles on the left and right sides of the rectangle, and having "CHAMPY'S" printed in the color yellow within the rectangle; a center angled rectangle having a black background, a white-line forming an inner angled rectangle, gray circles around the perimeter of the angled rectangle, and "FAMOUS FRIED CHICKEN" printed in the color yellow within the interior of the rectangle; a lower rectangle having a black background and gray circles on the left and right sides of the rectangle, "BREWS, BLUES, AND BIRD" printed in the color yellow within the rectangle, a box on the right side of the rectangle formed by a white line, the box having a black background with a red heart in the center; an electric guitar in the colors blue and placed vertically along the left side of the mark and joining the upper and lower rectangles; above the word "BIRD", a small black rectangle with a yellow chicken having a red beak and a black crest and projecting from the top of the rectangle; and a black pitchfork placed above the heart.
