The mark consists of the literal element, "REMEMBERITNOW! EHEALTH MADE EASY," represented in stylized font, wherein the words "REMEMBER" and "EASY" appear in the color green and the words "IT", "NOW", "EHEALTH" and "MADE" appearing in the color grey, and the word "REMEMBER" is followed by and physically connected to the word "IT" which in turn is physically connected to the word "NOW", the words REMEMBERITNOW being located above the phrase "EHEALTH MADE EASY" and wherein further the mark includes a design element consisting of a graphic of a "speech or thought cloud" located above and to the right of the letter "W" in "NOW" wherein the cloud appears in the color green and contains a graphic image of an electronic bell appearing in the color white, and wherein further, the pointed leg portion of the cloud also serves to simulate the upper portion of an exclamation mark with a period underneath.
