The mark consists of two primary elements and a third secondary element wherein the first element is a large circle filled with the foreground color. The second element is comprised of two smaller circles each filled with the foreground color and spaced apart by approximately one and one half small circle diameters and connected by a heavy line between their centers to create one integrated element. This second element is superimposed upon the first element so that one of the smaller circles of the second element is completely inside the outer circumference of the large circle of the first element by approximately one half the small circle diameter to the closest edge of the small circle. If the line connecting the two circles of the second element were extended outside the element it would intersect the center of the large circle of the first element at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. An outline of the background color around the second element separates it from the foreground color of the filled circle of the first element. The small circle of the second element that resides within the diameter of the large circle of the first element contains a third element that consists of an exclamation point in the background color. The line and dot combination of the exclamation point intersects the center of the small circle of the second element and is centered vertically within the filled circle of the second element.
