The mark consists of the words "the art" written in black kidprint font in the upper left corner in lower case letters. The word "the" is tilted at an approximately forty-five degree angle to the right. In the center of the page is an oversized number two in black font. The tail of the number two extends from the left of center of the page to the lower right corner in a wave pattern. Above the wave pattern of the tail of the number two appears the text "transforming grief through the arts" in lower case letters in black kidprint font. The arch of the number two is mirrored on the opposite side of the number two with a semi-circle arch in olive green which creates the image of a heart. The interior of the heart shape is filled with red, purple and pink crayon scribble at an approximately forty-five degree angle to the right. The words "the art 2 heart project" are transposed above a yellow and green crayon scribble pattern which extends from the left side of the mark to the right side of the mark and extends to just above the arch of the heart on the left side and to just above the tail of the number two at an approximately forty-five degree angle to the right. There is a small band of white in the upper right corner of the heart shape which follows the interior of the arch of the number two to the point at the bottom of the heart. The words "transforming grief through the arts" appear above a strip of white between the yellow and green crayon scribble pattern above and the wave pattern of the tail of the number two below.
