The mark consists of the stylized letters "RAD" in lowercase and in a typeface that conjoins each letter with the letter immediately following it. A flag of the United States of America appears to overlay the letters "RAD." The letters "R" and "A" are blue in color and the letter "D" is blue in color, but has eight white stars as would appear on such a flag covering the upper two thirds of the letter "D" while the lower one third is covered in stripes, the first of which is white, the second being red, and the last being white. Under the letters "RAD" are the words "RESTORING AMERICAN DREAMS" in all capital letters which are all blue in color and in a sans-serif typeface that slants slightly to the right spanning the entire length of the letters RAD .
