The mark consists of four gray shaded square boxes where the boxes containing the white letters "I","C" and "S" are light gray ; the box containing the red lower-case letter f is a dark gray box-where the top half of the red letter "f" slopes over top of the boxes and sits on white background. there is a rectangular, horizontal gray-shaded box covering the length of all four boxes beneath the 4 square boxes, which is a dark gray color and contains the entire name which reads: "International Conference of Fashion Stylists" in addition to containing the bottom portion of the red slanted letter f. This red letter f also falls beneath the rectangle onto a white background. The word Fashion Stylists is in bold black .
