The mark consists of three elements arranged vertically. The upper element is a neck band in gold with light gold and black border bands. The middle element is in the shape of a crest in gold with dark gold, light gold and black border bands. The word "POWERS" appears at the top of the crest in white with black shadowing. Below the word "POWERS" is a red letter "P" within a white diamond with a red border. The diamond appears on a light gold horizontal band with back horizontal borders. The band bears the words "EST 1791" in black; the words "GOLD LABEL" in black with a white outline border are located below the band. A light gold horizontal line is below the wording. The words "JOHN POWER & SON" in red script lettering appear at the lower portion of the crest. The bottom element is in the form of a horizontal band in black with narrow light black horizontal stripes in the field and top and bottom black and gold horizontal edge bands. A light black letter "P" within a light black diamond is centrally located within the black field. The words "JOHN POWER & SON" in red script lettering appear to the right of the diamond. The wording "TRADEMARK" in light black is written on the bottom of the band.
