The mark consists of a circle with a blue exterior border and as you move inward from the edge of the blue circle border there is a white concentric circle border. In the upper one half of the mark is a white stylized albacore tuna in three parts with its head facing to the right -- the three parts are tail, the long dorsal fin, and the body and head, with a round white eye with background shadow. Starting from the bottom right of the mark ending on the left upper side is a blue wave, above and below which are two light blue wave lines, one starting at the bottom right and ending on the middle left, the other starting in the middle right and ending in the upper left side. Moving from the bottom of the mark to the top, above the last light blue wave is another dark blue wave, starting in the upper right of the circle and ending on the top just left of center of the circle.
