The "RAR" (with the "'R" reversed) portion of the mark will generally appear in a font size approximately twice as large as the font size used for "IT FITZ" portion of the mark. The mark is not tied to any specific font size, font style or color. The mark may be produced and utilized by its owner in an almost infinite variety of artistic expressions, renderings, elaborations and color combinations as deemed appropriate to its respective fashion application. The mark will appear in its many fashion manifestations in or on a wide range of fashion apparel and accessories distributed in commerce by RAR Fashions LLC to male and female children, adolescents and adults. The mark will appear, without limitation, on long and short sleeve shirts, T-shirts, sweaters. jackets, pants, dresses, tops, shorts, underwear, belts sports and athletic wear, shoes, hats duffle bags, sunglasses and other articles of clothing or accessories.
