The mark consists of The "Nantucket Creamery" trademark consists of a lighthouse with diagonal white stripes and dark brown stripes running along its side. The base of the lighthouse is dark brown and white. The lighthouse overlooks a dark blue sea which meets, at the horizon, with light blue and white storm clouds and cream-colored sky. The lighthouse and the clouds/sky are partly encapsulated in a circle (the top of the lighthouse pierces the circle) with a thin light blue border encapsulating a thin white border; which in turn encapsulates a medium brown, thick border; which in turn encapsulates a thin cream-colored border; which then encapsulates a light blue border, which touches the lighthouse/sea/clouds/sky design. Inside the thick medium brown border of the circle are the following words, in white and all capital letters: on the left side is a star followed by "ICE CREAM"; and on the opposite, right side is a star followed by "COFFEE". In the foreground of the design, below the lighthouse and toward the lower part of the design, in cursive dark brown lettering, stands the word "Nantucket," which is surrounded by a light blue border and white background between the light blue border and the dark brown lettering. Below "Nantucket," in smaller font, all capital and dark brown letters, is the word "CREAMERY". Below "CREAMERY," in smaller font than "CREAMERY" and in all capital light brown lettering, is written, "ESTABLISHED 2009".
