The mark consists of a circle with a jagged border. The circle consists of upper, middle and lower portions, which are separated by a ridged border lines. The upper portion of the circle contains a repeated diamond pattern. The words "BAKING MOM PROUD" appear in all capital letters in an arched style above a smaller circle with a jagged border. The interior portion of the smaller circle is shaded and contains cut-out designs consisting of a stylized egg, a spatula and a whisk, which are crossed. A capital letter "A" appears on the left and right side of the crossed spatula and whisk. An ampersand symbol appears underneath the crossed spatula and whisk. The middle portion of the circle contains the words "Ann & Allen", which appear in a larger font and are stylized to appear three dimensional. The words "BAKING COMPANY" appear in all capital letters directly under the words "Ann & Allen". A diamond from the repeated pattern appears the left and right of the words "BAKING COMPANY". The lower portion of the circle also contains the diamond pattern. The words "SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI" appear in all capital letters in a reverse arch style.
