The mark consists of a configuration of packaging for the goods bearing various wording and designs. The package is oblong at the top and bottom. The front and back are rectangular with rounded edges, except for one corner that is shaped as if a bite had been taken out of the package. The sides are rounded, except for the portion of the bite. The top of the package is a cap that flips open and displays the wording "GREAT BITE" in a rectangular background. The back and sides of the package have no wording or designs on them, except for the portion missing the bite. The bottom of the package has a raised perimeter that functions as legs for the package to stand upright. On the front of the package the wording "GREAT BITE" appears above the wording "THE MINT WITH THE ATTITUDE". A design of a swimming shark in an oval appears above the wording. The wording and shark design are within a rectangular pattern with the design of another shark bite taken out of the rectangle in the lower right corner. The matter shown by the dotted lines is not a part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark on the packaging.
