Description of Mark
The mark consists of four concentric circles with the outermost circle having a sharp rigged edge, and a banner placed horizontally across the circles. The center circle is gold and white in color, with a white semi-circle inside the top gold outer part of the circle, and with beams of white light rays emanating from the center. The second circle is the largest in diameter and dark blue in color with faint light blue rays emanating from the center, white stars curving around the top and bottom of the inner border of the circle, and the word "U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY" in white font in a circular layout. The third circle is smallest in diameter and light gold in color with a white rope design edge. The gold color at the tope and bottom is fading from the light that is emanating from the center circle. The fourth and outermost circle is gold in color with a sharp rigged edge. The center horizontal banner, which has rigged edges and is red in color with a white inner border, has light red rays of light from the center circle showing through. The banner contains the words "FutureTECH CERTIFIED" in white font with the word "FutureTECH" in large, stylized font.
