Rebels With A Cause will provide monetary support to specific causes that celebrity members; "Rebels" endorse; and a portion of the profits of the sale of Y'all Liquor products will fund Rebels With A Cause, and Rebels With A Cause will in turn fund the "Rebel's" causes. The celebrity "Rebels" have agreed to endorse Y'all Liquor in commercials and videos, as well as in public appearances. A percentage of Y'all Liquor stock will be held by Rebels With A Cause
