The mark consists of the stylized wording "ADEPT TECHNOLOGIES", and to the left of the stylized wording is the circular design containing the stylized letters "AT", where the crossbar of the letter "A" also forms the crossbar of the letter "T". The base of the letter "T" extends below the base of the letter "A", and the containing circle is broken in the four places where it is touched by the "A" and the "T". Within the area between the arms and below the crossbar of the "A" are centered a square resting on a line connecting the base of the arms of the "A", and within that square a second circle drawn so that it touches each of the sides of the square.
