The mark consists of three, blue concentric circles in the form of a bull's-eye target, with the right quadrant of two of the outer circles being open, and the two outer circles filled with arcuate red lines which partially complete the two broken blue circles, and a third partial red arcuate line which extends the red arcuate lines outward from the outer edge of the third concentric circle, and provides the appearance of a red sound symbol. Underneath the circles are the words "TELE TOWN HALL" in all uppercase, red letters. A small blue dot separates the words "TELE" and "TOWN". There is a blue line underneath the words "TELE TOWN HALL", and the letters "LLC", in blue are located under the blue line on the right side.
