The mark consists of A circle that is partially shaded. One major shaded element is a spiral that goes in a clockwise direction. the spiral comprises the approximate lower half of the circle and is centered in that half. The upper half three shaded elements. On the left of the upper half of the circle is a shaded staircase that goes up from right to left. In the middle of the upper half is a shaded path that begins at approximately 11-12 o'clock positions and connects the outside of the circle to the top of the spiral. this path is wider at the outside of the circle than it is at the point where it connects to the spiral. On the right side of the upper half of the circle are two small shaded staircases that go up from right to left .
