The mark consists of One (1) hollow equilateral triangle with a thin border and one edge to the bottom. Two (2) small, hollow rectangles (representing wheels) with a similar thin border on the bottom two (2) points of the triangle connecting at the edge of the border at the point of the triangle and in the middle of the longest edge of the rectangle. The rectangles' longest edges are parallel to the corresponding triangle point's opposite edge. The inside of the triangle has a similiar, smaller triangle with a thinner border and a white space between the triangles thicker than the outside triangles' border. The innermost triangle looks like a picture of a wavy road (with two (2) lanes and one (1) dashed lane divider) heading from left of center of the bottom edge to the middle of a wavy horizon, slightly above the center of the innermost triangle.
