Description of Mark
The mark consists of an isosceles triangle with a string connected to a pendulum dropping down to the center of the triangle from the top corner. The pendulum is conical in shape with the point facing downwards and a small knob at the top that is connected to the string. A short piece of string protrudes from the top center of the knob towards the left in the shape of an "L" turned clockwise 90 degrees. The pendulum is shaded to give a 3-D appearance. The word "PENDULUM" appears across the bottom inside of the triangle with the point of the pendulum centered just above the letters "DU" in the word "PENDULUM". The word "PENDULUM" appears in solid black letters and is slightly italicized. Horizontally below the triangle appears a narrow black rectangle that is equal in length to the bottom side of the triangle. Inside the black rectangle are the words "SHIFT CONSULTING" in solid white letters and is slightly italicized. .
