The mark consists of the literal element "QNEXIS" represented in stylized font in the color gray where the letter "Q" appears in uppercase and the term "NEXIS" in lowercase, and a design element consisting of a large circle appearing in the color blue with shades of light blue and dark blue, wherein the large blue-colored circle contains a smaller white-colored circle located within the blue circle at the lower right section of the blue circle, and wherein further a small gray-colored circle, the same size as the white circle, appears outside of the large blue circle such that the white and gray circles form an imaginary line and together with the large blue circle represent a letter "Q." The literal element "QNEXIS" is located beneath the design element.
