The mark consists of a circle with a red border, also with a white border inside the red border, and, only on the right side and bottom of the circle outside of the red border, a blue border, with the inside of the circle all colored red except for the silhouette of a roof and chimney in white across the inside bottom of the circle with a white silhouette of chimney smoke in the shape of an "S" rising to and joining with the white border on the inside top of the circle from the chimney with the word "STRUCSURE" lined up parallel underneath the bottom point of the circle with a red line parallel and beneath the word "STRUCSURE" in blue with the words "HOME WARRANTY" in blue parallel to and beneath the red line beneath the word "STRUCSURE".
