The mark consists of a red square with a white border just inside of the square with two, white, capitalized, stylized letters "P" back-to-back, the first of which is facing backward, and the second of which is facing forward with a white parenthesis around each of the round portions of the letters "P" followed by words to the right of the red box in three lines along the height of the box. The first word to the right of the red box in black type is "Pretrial" with the first letter capitalized and the remaining letters in lower case. Then below the word "Pretrial" is the word "Perspectives" in black type with the first letter capitalized and the remaining letters in lower case. Then underneath the word "Perspectives" in a smaller font size in black type is the phrase, "Helping litigants see cases through jurors' eyes." Only the first letter of the word "Helping" is capitalized; the remaining letters in the phrase are in lower-case letters.
