The mark consists of a five pointed star, each of the five points consisting of a four-sided elongated pointed diamond shape. Each point of the star is its own color starting with the top point and moving clockwise the points appear in the following color: dark red, light pale blue, a greenish ochre brown, cream, and navy blue. A dark red ribbon outlined in white drapes over the star starting from between the dark red and navy blue points of the star continuing across the center of the star, overlaying the greenish ochre brown point, curving and ending with split tail of the ribbon over a small five pointed navy blue star tilted at a 45 degree angle. The word "PATRIOTS" is in navy blue and sits centered below the star and to the left of the tail of the ribbon, followed directly underneath on a second line by a smaller font with "BY THE" in dark red next to the larger font of the word "LAKE" in light pale blue, with the "BY THE LAKE" justified with the word "PATRIOTS" above. The four words "PATRIOTS BY THE LAKE" are a sans serif font.
