The mark consists of a silhouetted, stylized purple and white sheep dog holding a purple and white stalk of celery in its mouth with the word "ORGANIC" underneath the image and a line underneath the text, both of which appearing in purple. The image of the dog is completely silhouetted except for the following features that are outlined or knocked out of the main form and appear in white: the dog's nose and left nasal opening, the shaggy overgrowth blocking the dog's eyes, the dog's left ear, and the shaggy overgrowth of the dog's mouth, which drapes over the form of the celery stalk. The dog is facing left, with it's form stopping in a clean line just below the neck, around the shoulders. The celery stalk is completely silhouetted except for a white line and the inside of the stalk, which mimic the depth of the celery and show its curve. The bottom portion of the stalk falls within the form of the dog and is knocked out of the dog to show its shape. The top portion of the celery stalk tapers and then terminates with seven leafy branches or offshoots, forming the left-most side of the branding mark. The text "ORGANIC" is placed just below the form of the dog with all letters except for the "O" force justified to the left-most and right-most sides of the bottom of the dog's form. The "O" is nearly twice the size of the other letters and appears in the space below the dog's mouth and the celery. The text is in Century Gothic Bold. Below the text is a line that runs from the left-most side of the "O" to the right-most side of the "C". The width of the line equals roughly the width of a stroke of the "R","G","A","N","I", or "C" in "ORGANIC".
