In front of the gray skyscraper buildings is a large black and white government building with six large white columns, black and white steps, white windows with black outlining, black roof with a black and white triangular-structure on the top of the roof, and on top of the triangular structure are eleven small white columns underneath a dome-shaped top. Two large light-green leaves with a single thin white vein in the middle of each leaf cover the bottom of the large black government building and the background gray skyscraper buildings. The word "Smart" is in black, and the word "Government" is in white and is highlighted in the same color green as the two green leaves.
