Concurrent use information. Applicant claims the exclusive right to use the mark "GIBSON INSURANCE," in association with the goods and services of "insurance services, namely, offering life insurance products, life insurance counseling, and annuity planning," in all geographic areas subject to the United States Patent and Trademark Office's jurisdiction, with the following exception: an area consisting of a 100 mile radius around the Indiana offices of "Gibson Insurance Group." Specifically, Applicant will not proactively use the "GIBSON INSURANCE" mark within a 100 mile radius of the "Gibson Insurance Group" offices located at (1) 130 S. Main Street, South Bend, Indiana 46634, (2) 9001 N. Wesleyan Rd., Suite 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268, and (3) 333 E. Jefferson, PO Box 610, Plymouth, Indiana 46563. To the best of applicant's knowledge, "Gibson Insurance Group" has not filed for, or obtained, federal or state trademark registrations.
