The mark consists of yellow trade dress featuring diagonal wavy bands in the order of green, silver, yellow, silver, and green starting from the top left to the bottom right, of which the green wavy bands each consists of a light green and dark green circle-shaped pattern; contained on top of the wavy bands is "Dr. Scholl's" in white stylized lettering outlined in silver with a yellow period in the form of a shaded square under the letter "r" in "Dr." all of which appears in a completely dark blue shaded oval within a silver oval with a white starburst design on the bottom right of the silver oval; under this the term "ODOR DESTROYERS" appears in dark blue lettering outlined in white; under this is a blue rectangle-shaped band; under this a blue rectangle-shaped band containing the term "with 3X" in white lettering outlined in dark blue with a white band underlining "with", and after "3X", the words "TRIPLE ACTION SYSTEM" in blue lettering appears inside a white arrow-like design outlined in dark blue, with three dark blue vertical lines with white background; and under this, on the left side, is a blue vertical line with three blue boxes each containing white "X" marks. The dotted outlines of the container and cap for the goods are intended to show the position of the mark and are not claimed as a part or feature of the mark.
