The mark consists of a shield with a curved bottom with the word mark "BREAK'EM OFF INC." written within a diagonal band running from the top left to the bottom right of the shield. The word mark is written in all capital letters. In the top right and bottom left portions of the shield there is a graphic of a Chinese Imperial Guardian Lion. On either side of the shield, there are mirror images of Chinese winged dragons with their tails beneath the shield curving away from it. The dragons each have a paw on their respective sides of the shield. Directly below the shield, there are two mirror images of a plant and leaves, also in a curling motif. Above the shield, there is a graphic of a large diamond with three star-shaped sparkles in a triangular pattern over the center of the diamond. Each dragon is breathing fire toward the diamond, and the flames overlay only a small portion of the diamond. There are seven very small, thin lines radiating from the top of the diamond.
