Computer services, namely, hosting and maintaining an on-line web site for others to form a secure, virtual network of family, friends, caregivers and medical personnel of a person with special needs; providing communication tools namely interfaces for touch screen devices and symbol based technology for assisted communication; providing personalized tools for the members of the virtual network to collaborate, communicate, and to participate in discussions with other registered users; and providing customized reporting capabilities
