The mark consists of a circular symbol and the full name of the company on two lines positioned to the right. The circular symbol has three components: 1) white letters "F" and "T" stylistically rendered and juxtaposed to convey the image of a fire tower against a mountainous landscape, 2) a maroon base extending above the bottom half of the symbol, enclosing the entire "T" (except base and right limit) and bordering the lower boundary of the "F", and 3) a medium gray top section arcing completely over the "F". The full name of the company appears in maroon text to the right of the symbol, positioned horizontally on the centerline of the symbol, one third of the height of the symbol, extending outwards one and one half times the width of the symbol, with a space between the symbol and text equivalent to the spacing of one letter. The word FIRETOWER in all caps appears in larger font of Trajan Pro, while the subsidiary words of MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LLC fall directly under FIRETOWER in a smaller font size, also in Trajan Pro.
