The mark consists of an oval shape with the long axis of the oval running vertically. There is an inner oval concentric to the outer. Between the two ovals running from the nine o'clock position to the three o'clock position is the word "X-CALIBER" written in a stencil font. Between the two ovals at the six o'clock position are the letters "USA". In the center of the inner oval is a very bold letter "X". At the center of the "X" are three closely spaced holes resembling bullet holes. The words "X-CALIBER ACCURACY SYSTEMS" appear to the right of the aforementioned oval design.
