The mark consists of an oval, edged by a narrow gold band with a light black shadow on its outer bottom half, with its inner portion consisting of light gold shading at its approximate one-third top portion, and directly underneath a horizontal white strip with curved edges containing two horizontal rows of four pale yellow oval shapes each with a thin orange edging, and directly underneath the white strip extends a row of four semicircles that have a yellow glow effect each with a yellow arrow centrally placed that points downward with additional rows of arrows extending vertically downward, all appearing on a red background.
