The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify persons authorized by the National Organization for Sustainable Environments, certifying that the goods and/or services provided by participants in the "NOSE" program meet the National Organization for Sustainable Environments' standards for the environmentally sound design, construction, operation and monitoring of buildings and the heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning control (HVAC) and/or air quality related systems for buildings and/or has met the operational standards adopted by the National Organization for Sustainable Environments.
