The mark consists of a stylized ball with a thick gray curved line at the center with a thin black line on each side of the gray line, then a thick blue curved line on each side of the black line, then a thin black line on each side of the blue lines and finally a thick gray curved line on the outside of the black line forming the outer edges of the ball. To the right of the ball is a vertical gray line and to the right of the line is the black stylized word "TECHRX" with the upper right part of the "X" being blue. The stylized black word "INC." is resting diagonally on the lower right part of the "X". The entire mark has a gray shadow effect below it.
