The mark consists of three concentric circles; the outer two circles are red and are joined by six equally spaced red spokes; the inner circle is gold and slightly smaller than the smaller of the two red circles and contains gold scales of justice with black outlining on a white background; the space between the two red circles is segmented into six fields each having a white background; the six white fields contain the following six design elements beginning at the three o'clock position and continuing clockwise as follows: a black finger print, a black double helix, a gray microscope, a gray hangun with a brown handle and black outlining, a green marijuana plant and a black quill pen and inkwell.
