The mark consists of the actual logo that we are seeking to tradmark. The picture component of the mark - appearing on the left side of our logo - is a circle that is made up of two colors - dark blue and light blue where the dark blue appears on the left side and the lighter blue is on the right of the circle - separating the circle in half is the white letter "S" in sligthly abstract form - this is claimed as a distinctive part of the mark. Many may interpret the picture as a representation of "yin-yang" - but it is different in that the "S" is slightly exaggerated and represents the first letter of our company name "Symbotix" .This formation is claimed as a distinctive feature of the mark. The verbiage is also part of our mark "Connecting symbiotic supplychains" which is presented in the same light blue color as the right side of picture portion of the logo and is below our Company name. Finally, the Company name "Symbotix" is italicyzed and is presented in the dark blue (same as the left side of the circle picture) appears on the right of the circle and is claimed as a disctinctive component of our mark.
