Providing clearing services, namely, clearing and settlement of trading transactions in financial markets involving financial instruments, credit default swaps, commodities, commodity derivatives, futures, and/or options; providing financial information relating to the clearing and settlement of trading transactions involving financial instruments, credit default swaps, commodities, commodity derivatives, futures, and/or options; providing financial services in the nature of providing an exchange for transacting in financial instruments, credit default swaps, commodities, commodity derivatives, futures and/or options, and providing a clearing house for clearing and settling such transactions; and providing on-line financial services via the Internet and/or other interactive electronic media, in real-time or delayed, in the nature of clearing services, namely, analyzing electronic data relating to trading transactions, clearing and settling the trading transactions
