The word "to" has an horizontally-oriented gold, round-edged thick line under it that extends just short of the full width of the word "to". The height of the line is visually the same width as the letter "t" (not including the cross bar) in the word "to", and sits visually about the same distance away, so that it does not touch the word "to". The word "to" and its underlining gold line visually float in height; not quite reaching the top nor the baseline of the height of the letters in the words "FIRST" and "KNOW". The word "KNOW", which is to the right of the word "to" is all capitals.
