The mark consists of a slightly skewed rectangle containing the word "Snapperdo". The "S" is considerably larger than "napperdo" and it is almost as tall as the rectangle. The word "Snapperdo" is in an "old west saloon" font, and is orange with a very thin black outline, within a thin white outline. Both of the "p"s have grill forks making up the tail of the "p"s. Underneath the word "Snapperdo" is an orange outline of a long rectangle. Within the rectangle are the words "BAR B QUE SAUCE". The words are written in a comic book font, all in capital letters, and in yellow. There are two stars that are the same shade of orange as the outline of the rectangle underneath "Snapperdo". The word "BAR B QUE" is separated within the spaces by the grill fork ends of the "p"s. Within the rectangular outline is a black shadow. The entire lower rectangle containing "Snapperdo BAR B QUE SAUCE" has a brown background, and a border of white on the innermost border, orange, and then brown on the outermost border. Above the rectangle is a circle that is added onto the top of the rectangle. The background of the circle is orange on the outside fading into yellow on the inside. The border of the circle is white on the inner border, and brown on the outer border. Within the circle is an alligator wearing a white chef's hat with gray shading and white apron, holding a plate of ribs in his left hand. The plate is white, and the ribs are an array of shades of brown, with black grill marks on them. In his right hand is a grill fork pointing upwards with a grilled tubular meat speared on the end of the grill fork. The grill fork is gray with black and dark gray shadowing, and the tubular meat is brown with black grill marks on it. The alligator is smiling with its head turned to the left and large eyes. The alligator's teeth are white, and its eyes are black, aqua, and white. The body of the alligator is green with black outlines.
