The mark consists of a red square box with black borders. In the top-right corner, bottom-left corner, and bottom-right corner, there is white (somewhat airbrushed floral) design that accents each corner. In the inside of the box is the national handicap emblem that is facing to the left (rather than the right). The top portion (the head) is replaced with a cartoon designed head of Calvin (Pop Gates) Brown, Jr. The face is a rich brown color with black hair, mustache, and side-burns. The face holds black sunglasses in addition to a white glowing/shining diamond in the ear. The neck portion of the head has a tattoo of a reversed handicap emblem in the color of black. In the wheel of the reversed handicap emblem, the name "Pop Gates" is spelled in all capital letters, also in the color of black. Coming out the mouth of the head in the shape of heart are the words "Who Wants To Be With Handicap Gates?" The heart has a light pink base that is shaded around the borders with a tint of black/gray. The outside of the heart has a white border with a light gray shadow. All of the words have a bubble font that contains a white outline. The top of the letters/words are a shade of red and eventually tents to a dark gray towards that bottom of the letters/words.
